ABOUT THE HOME TEAM:
The mission of Home Team is to mobilize a Volunteer Advocate Team to work with those experiencing homelessness, currently in motels or temporary shelters. and their case managers to facilitate housing placement and stability.
Housing placement often occurs faster and is more successful long term with our Volunteer Advocate support.
2021 Holiday Champions for Change are those who love our community and understand how people’s lives are changed by UPLIFT's programs and want to help support that. Because our programs have alway been, and will continue to be free for all, we rely heavily on supporters, such as yourself, to help close the gap between the cost of our programs and the support we are able to provide for the must vulnerable in our community. Donate $500 or more to join the Wall of Champions!

ABOUT KIDS AT HEART:
Our free tutoring program serves low-income students grades K-12 who face barriers to academic success. These barriers come in the form of poverty and the struggle of learning English as a second language.
The personal attention that our students get from one-on-one tutoring helps them excel academically, graduate high school, and pursue a journey that will help them break free from the cycle of poverty.
ABOUT TRIPLE CROSS:
The California ID card is the essential document for any experiencing homelessness to receive housing & supportive services, re-enter the job market & access healthcare.
Triple Cross provides free fee waivers, application assistance and round trip transportation to the DMV for CA IDs.
