The
Problem
It is estimated as many as 20% of rental subsidy vouchers in San Diego County expire because Client & Case Manager Teams must accomplish complicated steps to access very, very limited apartment inventory. Connectivity to resources is key. Housing placement often occurs faster and is more successful long term with Volunteer Advocate support.
The
Solution
YOU! With the help of Volunteer Advocates, like you, we can help more people access housing faster! Uplift Home Team is recruiting “A Team” Volunteer Advocates to assist with homeless housing placement & stability. Select applicants will be equipped and deployed to assist temporarily sheltered Clients and their Case Managers with all levels of housing placement and stability. The reward?
