Connectivity to resources is key. Housing placement often occurs faster and is more successful long term with Volunteer Advocate support.
YOU! With the help of Volunteer Advocates, like you, we can help more people access housing faster! Uplift Home Team is recruiting “A Team” Volunteer Advocates to assist with homeless housing placement & stability.
