60 Day Team Challenge | July 22nd - September 20th, 202


Our 2nd annual Step Up Team Challenge is a fun, collaborative way to raise funds in support of UPLIFT's essential homeless assistance and student services -- all while simultaneously raising funds for participating teams representing your favorite San Diego nonprofits.

Participating is as Easy as 1,2,3:


Step 1: Step Up - Create or join a team!

Register a new team or join an existing one whose mission you love. 

Team Captains start a team and pick a San Diego nonprofit to raise funds for and represent (can be your own nonprofit, one you volunteer or work for, or one you just love).

Step 2: Team Up - Grow your Team!

Invite colleagues, friends, family, and neighbors to join your team.

Your team members will raise funds for the collective team through personal donations, donations from their own networks, and most importantly - from our optional weekly Stair Climb Events where every flight of stairs climbed = donation to your team from our sponsors.


Step 3: Lift Up - Share the Team revenue!

Collaborative philanthropy means extra funding for your favorite causes!

50% of all team revenue is donated back to the nonprofit for which the team represents. Encourage others to donate and be a blessing for San Diego.

50% of Team Funds Raised → UPLIFT Homeless Housing Assistance & Free Student Tutoring
