UPLIFT San Diego Day! Saturday June 5th 2010
UPLIFT San Diego Day – Put your passion into action! held Saturday, June 5th, was a wonderful community event. We raised over $8,000, cleaned up Golden Hill Recreation Center and honored our amazing tutors for their dedication and hard work! Thank you to everyone involved for making a difference and giving back to the community, all while raising funds and awareness for this amazing organization--UPLIFT!
We would especially like to thank Existence Church and Soroptimist Brigade Members for coming out and volunteering to work the event in very meaningful and important ways. We could not have held this event without each of your dedicated team members who volunteered their time and energy! We would also like to thank the Golden Hill Recreation Center for allowing us to hold our event at their wonderful facility. Thank you all!
